  Please tell us more-- do you play using IOS, Android, etc?
  
  If it's IOS, you can re-install the app, open it, and it'll probably ask if you just want to use your previous game stored in the cloud, or start afresh...

  ok, it should ask if you want to choose device a or device b - pick the game at the highest level. Or, be sure when you set it up to use the same google+ account you had used earlier. My android device went right over smoothly. Keeping my fingers crossed for you.
