Game upload issue

Can any body help. I'm an apple user whose had to reset my phone due to water damage. Having redownloaded kk Hollywood I realise its not continued with my previous gameplay. Is there any way I can continue previously as suppose to starting again which I don't really want to do having spent a lot on this game and having had 224million fans. Thanks

    I'm sorry this happened. Before you reset your phone, did you save the game to the cloud? If the game isn't saved to your iCloud I don't think you can get it back.     I realize this is not the help you're looking for, but someone else just reset their phone but it hadn't saved to the cloud, so sadly she's back at the beginning.

    As far as your fans, they add up pretty quickly. Now, with all that out of the way, can you tell how you reset the phone, and what steps you've taken to get your game back.
