It'd be funny to see the skeezy characters the game might summon up to be your tenants. Just thinking of the unusual ickiness of that first landlord you have to pay $750 to at the very beginning...
And what about the kitty kat? The kitty makes it worth while to go down there and tap for swag and the kitty is soooooooo much more adorable once you get him home there. Who doesn't dike a little kitty?

I love the downtown stray cat, it is my favorite pet in the game, with the lion cub a close second. I do love the dogs, too. And the Koala...okay all of them. But mostly the stray cat.
I want a bird. Idky. Something different. Or a baby elephant. A fluffy white seal? Even a dolphin. Monkeys are cool. Or a bunny. Bunnies might be scary though.

No. No monkey for me. ALister Monkeys never fare very well. Google Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson's monkeys. But I agree, a few more cats please. Remember the Black Cat from Halloween somewhere? I would have loved to buy him as well.

I'd love a gorgeous toucan that speaks, or golden retriever or chocolate lab... perfect for running on the beach & fetching sticks from the ocean, to go with the new beach house.
Lol I think a bunch of monkeys are still better than asking for a gorilla....I mean I surely won't be able to handle too exotic animals in my house, they're gonna trash it up...
