K stars gone after restart

My twins restarted my game and I obviously lost all my progress but my purchased K stars are also gone. Can someone please help????

    Yea def double the trouble Lol!! I submitted a ticket days ago and I still haven't heard anything. I refuse to play or purchase more stars until its resolved. It is driving me nuts Lol!!
