Trouble purchasing stars- connection is on- restrictions are off

The app wont give me options to purchase stars. It keeps saying to check device restrictions and Internet restrictions. Ive done both.

    What device are you playing on?

    Sorry this is happening, have you ever been able to make in app purchases before? You should probably check the login info you have for either Apple or GooglePlay. That hindered me last weekend.

    I would run a search for Trouble with In App purchases, and maybe if help isn't here, it will be in the overall site. And if anyone has experience with this, I'm sure they'll chime in.
