Not moving any higher in A LIST? HELP !!

I've been in the A list at #152 for like nearly three days and I've been doing so many jobs and party's and everything I've gone up in level but not on the list!!! Any tips on making it to that top spot? Pleaseeeee

    Hi, you're doing all the right things to move up the list. Sometimes if you have GC/ google+ friends it makes it hard to place up because they're always moving up too. NPC's move up more slowly, except for Willow watch out for her! Have a look at the top stars list and see what the difference in fans is between you and the person one place above you. Then you'll know how many fans you'll need to gain to overtake them. Parties should be getting you around 1 million fans in the a list, so they're a very good way to increase fans. With jobs make sure to pick high profile and international gigs where possible. If you're genuinely not gaining fans, it may be a glitch in which case try posting in the FAQs section of the forum.
