Lost my game

I am a C star! My phone got updated and this game together with a few others got deleted from my phone. When I re installed the game, my previous game was lost. This means I will have to start the game from the start! How do I retrieve back my previous game?

    What platform do you play on and is it the same as your previous phones platform? Such as IOS or Android/Google.
    Also did you back up your game to ICloud or Google Cloud?
    Sometimes you just have to roll with it.:cool:

    what have you done as far as opening the game? Try reading here, and see if anything helps. Basically when you restarted the game, it should have loaded from your last save to the cloud.
