Hi. Very sorry this happened. If you've opened the game and it restarted, I am very afraid there is nothing you can do. If you made purchases, please contact Customer Care http://ggnbb.glu.com/announcement.php?f=175 . I'm so sorry I have no better advice. I'm on my way out, but I'll try and think, and maybe anyone else with suggestions will chime in. If you still have the old game, and want to get it over to the new device, you can try. I'll help search around when I get back, maybe you can run a search for lost data or something in the meantime. Very sorry you're going through this.
