Name change and lost all my stars???

About a month ago I went for a name change with Maria .....I chose to take the 30% hit in fans and rank and not pay with k stars....we'll both happened and I lost all my stars, 108 of them. So I wrote glu games and never got a response. Does it take longer than this to hear from them? Do you lose all your stars anyways and they just don't tell you?? Thanks for the help!!

You will get an automatic response from Glu, telling you they received your response, they ask you to send a little more info if it wasnt' in your contact form, and they tell you you are in line for assistance. If you didn't receive that response, they might not have gotten it.

    Thank you Koko. I actually have already done that about two weeks ago. I did receive an email saying they had received it and just found it and replied back again that I have not head back yet. They were earn K stars from watching videos btw :)

    Thanks, you just reminded me to check for videos today. lol. Good idea contacting them back from that email they sent. ANd glad you are already in the queue. Hope you get get the stars back quickly.
