Freezing the Game

Is it possible to freeze or temp disable your game? I will be out of the country for 3 weeks in May with no access to WiFi and I don't want to regres in my game. HELP!!

I think you don't have to start any job or dates if you can't end it before you leave the country.. nothing more!
