If you scrolled as far to the right as possible in Panino (not trying to be patronising it might be possible to miss the person ) then it could be a glitch - I know some of us have had goals telling us to go somewhere when it actually meant a different place, so you might want to try looking everywhere for an NPC with a yellow exclamation bubble (if you haven't already). This is a storyline NPC character right? Hope you find them
I remember that Lucy! It would say "Go to Lif in Soho" for your gig, or "See X at Oak in Florence" so it would be half right, and you had to figure our which half was right. At least that's what I remember about that.

Another possibility is that often when you have to do something, there is a plus on the door. FOr example, you can go into Panino or at the same door, you can choose 'Chloematic Photo Shoot' (or some other task name) Chloe will be in the 2nd choice. Hope this helps.
