When you get to a certain level, not sure when it happens, Maria will have a white empty speech balloon if you go to her office. you tap it, and she asks if you ever wanted a name change. Then it costs you fans, and maybe money, I don't know, but you get your name change. Hope this helps. So ,keep playing and you'll get to change it eventually.
