It's in Soho, NYC, In the beginning while you are learning places, try to pay attention when Simon or Maria send you somewhere, they'll tell you where to go. Also, you can do a search, or look in the thread in Support called Building locations, or something locations. It's a little out of date, but I'm pretty sure NY has been there for a while.
