Had to switch phones

My android ****ped out and I had to get a replacement. I was unable to save anything before transferring devices. Is there anyway to get my old information back? I do not want to start all over again.

Unfortunately, I don't think there is any way to recover your data if you didn't save it to the cloud. I think your only option is to start over again. I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Hi tharton1987, I'm sorry to say Mollybrown is right. Your device must be set to save to the cloud. That is the only way to save your game. But, if you made purchases in the game, you can get them restored probably through Customer Care. You can contact them through the link here : http://ggnbb.glu.com/showthread.php?118762-If-you-are-experiencing-issues-in-KKH-PLEASE-READ or directly through your device. Tell them what happened, tell them what level you were, give them any receipt numbers, and hope for the best. I'm so sorry for your experience.
