my phone game was set back to the very beginning :( is there anyway to retrieve what I lost? was at level 28 with pretty good glam too man O_o guess will stick to my tablet only if can't get it back it's android phone,model is bq aquaris E5 HD

    Hi, I'm so sorry this happened. If you game reset, there is no way to retrieve it that we know of. However, if you purchased stars they can be restored. You would contact Glu from your game in your phone. Top Left of the screen is the options tab. Tap that and chose help/glu support then you can contact customer car on the right top.
