Hi Laurel.Leighane, at this time it isn't possible to delete phone contacts in the game. I think a lot of us would find it helpful if it was possible, and I think it has been suggested here: http://ggnbb.glu.com/showthread.php?120623-Official-suggestion-thread
In the meantime, it can be useful to organise your contacts using the icons at the top of the phone screen. The one that's a star with an A on it organises them by how many fans they have, so will separate into A list/ B list etc, and the icon with the star and heart organises them by your relationship bar putting the highest at the top. This comes in useful when you can't find your boyfriend in the list!
Also helpful when you want to work on acheiving MAX points with contacts to collect KStars.
