'Dance With Me' Quest

Has anyone got the 'Dance With Me' quest from Simon? I received a call from him asking me do I have something to wear for a ball & I said no and then he told me that there will be a ball that I have to attend. It has a timer that I have to complete it within 2 days and 8 hours. Simon will call me in 3 hours telling me to get ready. What is this about actually?

    I opted not to talk about it and Ray Powers was just like "oh. Okay, moving on." That was all for the interview then I went to the next event she invited me to.

    I told Ray Powers about the necklace. Some guy called afterwards wanting me to meet him at Brew Palms saying he had information on the necklace. The necklace was found and I was invited to the commemoration at 10AX.
