I want to know if i log into facebook in the game's app, my achiements are tansferred or if I have to restart the game?

You cannot move your game from one platform to another. You'll have to start the game over. Or am I missing the question? It is so frustrating when people post with hardly any info. You know what you're talking about. I've got no info, other than Facebook is involved.

Were you playing in facebook, and now you want to start on an ios or android device?
