Stars to complete projects

As you level up, do gigs get harder? Like do 1 hour gigs @ lvl13 need more stars to complete than 1 hr gig @ lvl 3?

    They do seem to scale up a bit. It seemed like I'd wiz through 1hr things earlier on. Not so much now at lvl15. But it does still go by super quick!
