I need help getting to level I was before

I recently, got my game restarted,and wanted to know how I can get back to the level I was on before the game got restarted. I on level 28, and would I still be able to still have husband and baby?

    Hi. what platform are you playing on. I'm really sorry but most likely if your game restarted it is not recoverable. However, any special purchases, or Stars purchased may be recoverable through Customer Care. Were you set to manually save to iCloud or Google Servers?
