Events not showing

I had to restart Kardashian Hollywood because everytime there was an event it wouldn't show anymore. So I started a new one well it still doesn't show and it's making me mad because I've missed like the passed 5 events and it's totally unfair because I'm missing out on cool items. FIX THIS. I love this game but it's so annoying how the events don't show up for me. Like this throwback sale is making me mad because I can't participate in it!!!!!!
