Adoption and your own baby? Is possible both?

Hey girls! I've adopted a baby but I would like to have mine with my husband is it possible? Or once you adopt you can't our own baby if so, there any way to have your baby?!
Another question, does the baby grow up? Or still a baby forever!

    1. You can only have 1 baby. So its either adopt or conceive and you chose adopt.
    2. Currently, they remain as a baby.

    Awwww thank you very much, I've started the game again, so sad I'm not married with dirk anymore think that was the saddest thing hahaa xxx

    There are much hotter NPCs! or even the people here in the forums are way cooler than Dirt. Sorry, Dirk.
