How to get VIPS for projects

I currently have all the VIPs in the game but I can never seem to be able to use them for projects. Everytime it says they are available for hangout, we have a hangout and the timer starts again and just when it's time for a project, it says they are only available for a hangout. Can anyone explain to me if this is normal? I've had 6 hangouts with kourtney and only once was she actually able to do a project with me afterward.

    And every hangout has been 5stars, just to add to my last thread so it makes no sense why I can't get them for a project

    If you just keep doing hangouts again and again with the same person that does not give you more time. It will still only let you have her as a co-star for one day.

    Oh just read your post again, did you try restarting your device? Shut down the game then open it again do not uninstall and see if that helps. If not send a ticket InGame
