Missing Stars and Cash

Over 2 months I have managed to get 40,000 cash and 535 stars and I updated the game and they disappeared!! I am so mad at this and hope you fix it!!!!!

Hi KylieMurphy2003, the options tab is the little icon just to the left of the level bar in the top left of the screen. Once you have tapped that, then Help and then Glu Support, the Contact Us button doesn't appear straight away but you can find it by picking one of the question topics then tapping one of the questions. On the page where it answers the FAQ the Contact Us button appears in the top right corner. Doesn't matter which questions you tap to get there, it will just open a new message box for you. There might be a quicker way I'm not sure but try this - good luck!
First tap Options.
Next this pages opens, Tap Help
That opens this page, and you tap Glu Support
This brings you to this page, and you tap the icon next to the magnifying glass.
That opens a contact form. And it will save a future step or two if you include your Hollywood ID number
