    It was a weekend Special Event Item. Maybe it will appear in the next Throwback Gift Box special. ;) I think there will be more cosmetic things we can buy in the future. The Team is always developing new things for us. The special lips, the eyes. VIP membership. The game is ever evolving.

    They got it from a past weekend event. I think that it was a Mario and Jen weekend event (glam squad). It was inside of one of the gift boxes.
