If anyone is blocked from quests past Kris' book story, just letting you know Glu found and fixed it, and when we get the Weekend Event update, those blocked gigs will be released, and we'll get them along with the Weekend Quests.
Now, my rant is a general one about the new clothes. We can't buy them anymore, because the new clothes go into gift boxes. Totally not fair. If I have 200 Stars to spend, I need to spend them on what I want. One doll hasn't won a single bathing suit outfit although 5 with skirts were added to giftboxes. And bra like tops were added, again to the gift boxes. we get that we can't gift any new things to anyone ever ever again. But don't punish us further by making us "bob for outfits" and take whatever we get. The fact that no new clothes of value are added to the Wardrobe for PURCHASE is negating the whole thing we like about the game. Let me buy clothes. Please.

Not only do I want to be able to buy clothes with Kash, I want to be able to gift them! I enjoy giving & getting gifts. That was one of my favorite parts of this game.

Funny how Glu spends so much time handling VERY IMPORTANT matters like removing Perez from the game, but dismiss teeny tiny matters, like people not being able to play with their friends...

I suppose it has to do with them unlocking the quests that were supposed to come after the Kris book ones. Maybe they fu cked up the code and that's why these past quests are popping out again.
Which I hope is fixed and we're not forced to go over the storyline once again.

The new one, a number of us got takes away 1.1 Million fans. The one that takes off a hundred grand or so happens all the time. What I noticed, my thing happened the day after I started a late night 12hour shift at Soho Kardash, I just tapped out what I had left and the next morning left the shift having only done little more than 1 star. I'm wondering, if after we started posting that we can do that to not waste energy and get a little cash back, perhaps if we don't do well with the shift, the next day we get hit with the million fans lost. My fan loss popped up (I took the shot) right after the pop up saying my shift was over and I made x amount of cash for my 1 Star performance. So, could the loss of 1million fans be 'payback' for our manipulating the system? I mean other tips we've shared have been 'fixed'. I'm tempted to try it again tonight, but who wants to lose a million fans to prove a point?

I must be the only one with a problem with the weekend. The weekend was short to begin with, and gruelling. I finally got the final outfit for AppleP. I started off buying giftboxes with 3 of the items. I ended up with extra energy, and spent way too much. The others got sunnies, and I am done. I love the dress on AppleP. But it's not much of a weekend for me when the other two fell short, I bought a boatload of boxes for the phone android, and she still need 280 for the dress, in what 9 hours?
AppleP spent 760 something on Giftboxes, and still didn't get the lace top. It was Vats Hair all over. But since I was stuck repeating 5 (so far) 8 hour gigs, with prevented AppleP from zipping through 3hr gigs. The phone didn't get the dress, because she only had 270 stars to spend on giftboxes. 2 bonus items and after all that.....is only getting the sunnies. And the game who had no money for stars? Well, come on, there was no way she was getting the dress. Very disgusted, and I think this event broke the spell for me. Stop playing the shell game with clothes.

I've been stuck at Top Couple 20 for a week now... I've been dating up to 3 times a day for a week now at different places for different lengths of time but I'm still stuck at #20.
I first I thought it was because I was also #20 in the Top Stars... but now I'm #4 and my dates still end up with +0. I'm completely at loss here.

I've been stuck at #30 with my husband for months. Sometimes after a date it will say +1 but our rank stays the same. The only time we move up is when there is a dating event, I guess because I'm dating constantly. But we just move right back because of rays tweets and I always seem to end up back at 30. it's annoying but I wonder if it has something to do with being my second husband.

Well, i did get a reply from Glu, and the explanation that I inadvertently started a party without knowing it seems pretty much like what must have happened in my case. The ones about dating should send there own tickets in. And, I tested it Sunday night, Started a 12 hour shift in Kardash Soho, and earned nothing. My shift ended - I was notified it was over i got nothing, but also, no loss of fans. So, that was paranoia on my part.
I am still thoroughly disgusted that all the new clothes goes in GiftBoxes, and ticked that the event last weekend was totally skewed for me. When incessent tapping isn't enough to earn the dress without bonus items from gift boxes I lose it. But, I do have to take the blame for the loss of those fans. (Whats really weird...file under more of my useless esp. Yesterday afternoon out of the blue, the thought "I wonder if I started a party by accident and that's why I lost the fans" popped into my head. A little while later, I opened up that game, and there was the reply from Customer Care, and they said exactly what popped into my head a short while earlier. So Cue the TwilightZone theme music)
But I totally get what you mean, after the Calabasas party 'fix' I think twice before posting what might be a tip, wondering if it will then be tweaked against us.
