2nd week in a row with no event, I tried to contact glu through the app but I couldn't see the messages, I sent them my purchase history but I don't know if they got it or not.
Hi Silvereyes. I'm sorry, but you're going to have to contact Customer Care again, tell them you still aren't getting the event, and you are unable to see the messages. You can ask them to please contact your via email, and you should include your KK:H game ID#. Sorry this is happening.
And, what exactly happens when you try to access your messages? Was the options tab glowing red? If it was, and then just disappeared, be sure and tell Customer Care about that too.
