Hi Aynia, how you add real life players depends on your platform. So what do you play the game on? If it's iOS (Apple Product) you connect via Game Center. If it's an Android, you connect through Google+ and/or Facebook, Kindle is Game Circle. Your rank is only affected by your game, and they can't be deleted as simply as NPCs in our contact list, you have to remove them from the Game Center (or other) and then wait and wait. for a very long time. It may help if they remove you also, but I'm still trying to lose people I haven't heard from in a year. Sorry. Maybe that will change soon, but as of now, don't plan on removing real person games.
