Help with VIP contacts

I'm in level 27 and it is still saying that I have no VIP contacts.

I understand you have to complete a specific task in level 10 but what do I do at this point?

    Hi. According to the FAQ section, you must complete the level 10 quest to promote XXV champagne. When you complete the quest, you'll unlock Kim Kardashian and other VIPs you've met in the game. What platform and device are you playing on? If it is ios or Android, I would submit a ticket to customer care.

    If it is Facebook, unfortunately one on one support is not available for that platform game. So my fingers are crossed for one of the other platforms.
    If you are having trouble DO NOT UNINSTALL THE GAME!
