I haven't received my daily gift box in nearly a week now -- which is worrying since I don't want to miss out on the Halloween prizes! Does anyone now how to fix this? I'm playing on an iPhone 5c with iOS 9.0.2
Hi. Sorry you are experiencing this. You'll have to submit a ticket to Customer Care. If you want to save time, when you submit your ticket, include your Hollywood ID. If you're not sure how, see this post with instructions. Hope this is resolved soon.
