Please HELP ASAP!

My phone starts acting weird and the only thing that need to be done to stop my phone is by resetting it.
So my question is if i reset my phone will my kimk game be saved? i did log it in on my google play games and i don't want to reset my phone without knowing if my game would be saved. i clearly don't want to start over

Can somebody help me and answer my question quick?

the only difference here, is you don't have 2 devices, so you can't keep the game on the old device, and reset the phone. The rest of the steps will be the same. But because you're not keeping the game on an old device while you try to transfer it, there is a possibility that the game won't transfer.

i already reset my phone but i can't open the game it crashes oh my gosh

Yes i remember i have submitted a ticket and i followed every step, i did sign in to my google+ ang my phone is now alright

Does this mean your game is ok as well? I had nightmares about this. Glu posted the instructions, yet I gave you the link. That's it. never giving out that link without Huge disclaimers. My heart can't take this. Please tell me your're good again.

I did everything on the instructions you send me but sad to say i lost my progress, i lost my avi and all the weekend event items i have got, my heart was torn to pieces i was actually into this game and I've been playing it since it was created, i have been starting for like a million times now and never gave up on the game last night i cried so hard when i can't open my game anymore and i know that's it gone for ever... i just feel like something was ripped out, out of my chest x.x sighs...

Nixie, I'm sorry this happened. You knew there was a chance you would lose the game. You did say you were going to reset the phone, and by following the instructions on Glu's support page, your game data should have saved to the cloud (iCloud or Google Servers, depending on your platform).

I'm very sorry this happened. Just to recap, your game is no longer crashing, but it's reset to the beginning so you have to start over. You have submitted a ticket, so now with no immediate gameplay problem, you just have to wait for them to reply and look at your issue. If you spent money in the StarShop to purchase stars, or cash, or special purchases, they should be able to be restored to your new game - when you speak to Glu, send along your receipts and your hollywood ID # to speed the process along.

Glu is very responsive when your game is lost, or your have issues through no fault of your own. I know it doesn't help you right now, but when Glu looks at your ticket, I'm sure they will do everything possible to make things better. They really, truly want us to be able to play and enjoy the game.

For a long time, they didn't support saving and transferring games. They heard us say we needed that, and they effected change in that respect.

I know it doesn't help, but people who've had to start new games, have come back and said they're playing a smarter game now. Please don't misunderstand, I know you're hurting. I spent my whole weekend worrying about my games connections to each other. It's like the games take on lives of their own.

I'm very sorry this happened to you, and we're all here for moral support.

Please HELP ASAP!
