Stuck loading

I play the fb pc game and mine hasn't finished loading, it's stuck at 96.8%.

Can I suggest you switch browsers? That seems to help people with facebook problems at times. Otherwise, I would try to start a new game, and see if that was successful. Unfortunately one on one support is not available for Facebook games at this time.

I did switch to chrome and it has the same outcome.. I have cleared both history and cache and its still doing the exact same thing

I'm very sorry this is happening. But unfortunately, there is no one on one support for facebook games. Your choices are basically to wait for an update to correct it, or start a new game with a different fb account and see if that loads. Let me change the title of your thread, slightly so perhaps Facebook players with experience about this can help. I'll also check the FAQ pages on the main site.
