I've submitted three looks. I have won with all three but something odd happened. The first two wins paid 20 check marks (plus bonus) but the third win only paid 15 check marks (plus bonus).
I've lost my two submissions (booo!) and for the first one I got 10 check marks, and the second one I got 7.
Ok, i'm trying to check about the reduction in points. I'll post any info I get here. If anyone won their 3rd round of Voting looks, and got the full 20, please let us know here.

Well, it's only a couple of points for those things, though. If you have one or more of the event items already, then you get a few points.
It's kind of a catch-22; if you don't have any prizes because your game won't actually get the voting results for you <if you have an unfortunate glitch> then you can't get any points for other activities unless you happen to spend enough to win gift box items.
If you have mad luck with the gift boxes, you can earn max 4 points. 1 hour shifts at So Chic are the best! I believe the glitch will be fixed soon. Good luck!

You're not agreeing with me. I said we're waiting around, and I pretty much just keep spitting out the facts about what pays and what doesn't. I'm actually enjoying this event, not happy about the games that aren't working, And, not being able to do much between submissions and the one or two event gigs, but I like the fashion voting events.
Much worse event was when androids weren't getting points. Or when half the players weren't getting the event. i think we'll all fee better sometime tomorrw when we see that we're doing fine event wise.

I think he's only saying that people whose games can't actually get ANY results from voting-- like my male game-- are in trouble. He's not saying most people are in trouble, only the people who can't earn any checks from the main voting part of this event. But that's not shocking and he's totally right. If we can't ever earn the points from the first outfit we submitted and then get the chance to submit any more looks, we're completely screwed.
I hope that there's at least four gigs that came with this voting event. I'm starting to hate it already. Why the gigs have to available in 8 hrs? I need the extra points since I'm starting to get such bad luck with this voting event already.

The Ball is the 2nd event task. I think it's probably the end of it. Things culminate with the celebration, and that's the ball. Purely my suoposition.
I think some people are misunderstanding other's posts. Let's all try to relax and be sympathetic to one another's plight. Those who aren't able to play the event have every right in the world to express their displeasure in a non threatening or hostile manner. We're all on the same side here. By rights, those games deserve all the attention till they're able to play, while those of us unhappy with the 4 hours between submissions (like me) have nothing to moan about by comparison.
