My Game Went Back To The Beginning But I Fixed It!

First let me say, if this has come up before and I'm repeating, I'm sorry. I started my game in FB and the very first screen came up, where you choose if your playing M or F. I was like WHAT!!!! But I somehow managed to keep my cool, thought about it for a couple of seconds and closed FB, waited a few seconds and opened up FB, then my game and I was brought back to where I'd left off!! It was scary for a few seconds but everything is ok. Hope this can help somebody in the future.
