No event points for the Christmas event!

The first task I did, I didn't get any event points! I'm getting them now, but I'm behind on the Christmas event because I started with 2 days and 16 hours to finish, now it's 2 days and 7 hours. How do I get the event points back that I previously earned?

    I don't think that's possible. I'm sorry. You're always welcome to contact Customer Care, but since it wasn't a glitch but solved by rebooting, I don't think you can recover them.
