Spent Kstars but it didn't count for the event? 15/01/16

I had 30 Kstars, seeing that there was an event goin on I decided to spent them on a Balmain top, but after I bought it, there was no change on my event bar? Help?

Hi. Wow, I'm sorry this happened. What platform are you on? I would send in a ticket to Customer Care explain what happened, and see if they can help. I have never heard of this happening before. If you spent 30Stars, that should have earned you the giftbox. Your event bar still shows Zero? Take a screenshot of this and submit it along with your ticket. Hope they can fix this for you.

Customer care tickets enter a queue, and will be addressed as soon as possible. I'm sorry this happened. To be honest, I've never heard of the meter not moving. Is it still at zero? I would say try buying something else and see if it moves. I'm sorry I can't help, but Customer Care will get back to you as soon as possible.
