For some reason when I went to have the second baby it was a boy and so was the first baby a boy ; I wanted a girl it should be a choice not random , I should be able to change the gender of my baby same happened with my friends but opposite the babies were both girls seriously what the heck

Well, you can buy the girl clothes, buy the girls hair and call them a girls name. Hang on. I have a girl and a boy and I'll make the boy look like a girl for you. Be back in a few.

Does this soften the blow? When you adopt, you can choose the gender of the child. When you date up for the baby, you get whatever the game gives you. And in a recent update, they gave us the ability to change features, so, you can make him look like her, and give her a new name.
