Weekend Fashion Show 2/5/16 - Superbowl Balmain & Black!

Show em' if you got 'em. This weekend we have a Special offer - Balmain Necklace, Earrings and 105 Stars for $14.99 USD.

Our Vip earnables are Earrings, Shoes and Black long dress, with the cuter stuff in the GiftBoxes - Hombre Hair, Black Purse. Shoes and Short Black dress!

So it's SuperBowl, Balmain and Black.

Here's Z and Kat, Kat finished and got all the earnables, and Z is in the Giftbox Dress. They both got the dress, and the shoes. Kat got the purse, and Z got the hair. But, tbh, I'm not sure if I like it or not.

But I love the weekend, bought some nice things - furnishing for the houes, a couple of dresses. How about you?

I spent 310 K stars so I got the earrings and the shoes, I love both items. I also got the giftbox shoes (they're hideous) and the pretty bag.

Aaaand I needed to buy these special Balmain items :rolleyes:

During weekend events where K stars are earned, the number of K stars should be based on the length of the job. As an A lister, I don't get that many 3 hour jobs. Since longer jobs take more energy, I should be rewarded with more K stars. 1 K star for 3, 2 for 6, 3 for 8, 4 for 12. That is only fair since someone who is a B-D lister may get more 3 hour jobs and is able to do more jobs and earn more stars than someone who is an A lister and is only given mostly 8 hour jobs. I suggest everyone go to Glue support and make this suggestion. They finally are doing with other weekend events, but not when K stars are the reward.

Spent 20 k-stars on something for Finn's nursery, got the dress. I can't say I was planning on chasing after it or anything, but it was a nice surprise. Better than 4000 kash any day.

Bought the boots.. In love ❤️

Got the earrings (I'll pair them with smth later) and in my free box 40kstars.. Decided not to open more boxes.. The hair is cute, I would love to have ombre, since my rl hair is blonde ombre.. But no such luck in game lol
I might buy the Balmain items.. Although they are 15eur..

Oh, Glu since when 15$ is equal to 15€ ??? In what universe do you live?

Tried chasing the giftbox black dress, which I unfortunately did not get

I got the hair, shoes and purse. I actually really like the ombre hair! Not a huge fan of the earnable black dress. The special balmain items are amazing!

I think the dress looks much better with open toed heels instead of closed toed. I also noticed that the hair is glitched from some iOS and not for others, I just hope glu can fix the problem.

Has anybody else noticed that there seems to be a glitch in the new task?

My latest task is ready for me to do but it won't let me click on call now to get the call from Simon and also when I move locations I'm also not getting the automatic call like normal?

That does look great on your doll Miriam89. I'm going to try more giftboxes today for Z, she didn't get it yet. But the day is young.

Here's Kat and Jax, they've been doing a number of gigs together now that Jax is finally back with us again. The Photographer was telling stupid jokes, so he got Kat's Glare, and Jax just shook his head in disbelief. But they do look great.

yeah I do feel lucky. I won it all except for the earnable back long dress which I'm not too crazy about anyway. Still though, I want a throwback sale. I'm sick of waiting for that. But yeah I do love the ombré hair & the dress. It's very seductive.

The ombré hair never appeared on the gift boxes on none of my games and I'm glad because my dolls will never be able to pull off blond highlights. They'll look so ratchet.

Well based on the preview, the ombré hair looks washed-out on my doll's complexion. So I'm not really desperate to possibly win that hairstyle inside of my freebie weekend event gift box anymore.
