My game stop working after last update!

After the recently update,when i run the game,game will stuck and nothing working for 3 min then it crashed and closed
Help me plz!i restarted my iphone manytimes but didnt worked!cant play from last update....

Brief description of issue.

I'm sorry this is happening Have you been backing up to the cloud? And when did your game stop working? Was it ok over the weekend event? I'm trying to figure out if it happened with the midweek fashion voting event or if it happened with the last Weekend event update.

Im using ios 9.2.1 on iphone 5s,
I think its because of that fashion update
My lvl is 10 and i wanted to delete game and reinstall it but since last time i deleted game and lost all of my cloths and other thing i didnt do that,

Are you still having this issue? If you delete the game you will once again lose all your progress. There is a new iOS update can you try and take that?
