We just took a mini update. Android had no problem, iOS freezes on load screen

iOS
9.2.0.
iPad Pro
Level 42


Took the mini update, and the iPad game is stuck on the loading screen.


Cocofabulous posted here, alerting us to the issue.
Everyone who has the issue, please leave your info below, and we'll try to get this resolved. First thing, lets all shut down the device and do a full reboot. Then open the game, if it doesn't work, sign in below. Thanks for your help.

    I opened the game about 15 minutes ago, it randomly opened the video with Kim talking about Valentine's day. When it was over the game started loading. And then it got stuck! I closed the game and opened it again, but it gets stuck after like 2 seconds of loading. I tried to turn my iPod off and on, didn't work. I'm terrified, what do I do?

    My Wi-Fi connection is fine. I don't use any hack and my iPod is not jailbroken. I play on iPod 5, Level 45, iOS 9.2.1 (the latest), so I have no idea why this is happening to me. Please help me.

    Hi Koko, I've shut down and rebooted and I'm having the same problem.

    I should note that the mini update caused Kim's video message to launch and that's when the app crashed.

    I just went back to my iPad, and this time it opened. everyone go try, it took another little 2 second update, then opened and AppleP is on the plane, ready for trouble. :)

    It was broken for me also on iOS 9.2.1 until a few minutes ago. It appears to be working again now.

    Game gets stuck at loading screen. Been like this for about 2h for me. Leveled up to 22 pretty recent. Tried reinstalling and I got to choose if I wanted to start a new game or back up from iCloud. After choosing the backup option my game froze

    iPhone 6 with iOS 9.2.1 and game is up to date
