Is it possible to change your spouses face, hair, skin color, etc? More than just their clothes.

    Hi Sockmonkeygirl. Welcome to the forum. Unfortunately, you cannot change their looks. I can't even change his clothes. He's been wearing a heavy coat for the past year. lol. Your only alternative is to choose a different spouse. Sorry I don't have better news for you.
