The day has finally come where I must be honest and admit that I'm starting to get KKH and KK fatigue. I remember when KKH just came out it was really fun and need I say an escape. A fun way to spend my down time. With the creation of the Kendall and Kylie game Glu's greed has become more blatant. I always felt like it was mean of Glu to add on certain discreet features to make money with KKH but danggggg with the KK game they are totally out of pocket. It is literally impossible to get ahead in that game or get ANY decent clothes for your doll without breaking the bank. The events (especially the 8 hour ones) are rigged so that you have to end up spending extra stars just to finish for weekend events that are also impossible to finish. Both of these game are not fun to me anymore. They have just become a task/burden because of how much effort glu expects you to put into the game. People have lives man. Why should I have to sit in my house all weekend just to get an earnable outfit. That's crazy. How long does Glu expect this formula to work. Ultimately these games are going to die down and people will be over it and they're stock will plummet. Keep the customer happy Glu we are the ones lining you and the Kardashians pockets. The least you can do is give us a break so we can be content with our gaming experience. I understand that this is a business and people need to eat and cut checks. But this blatant disregard for the customers is ridiculous. All these games so is leave me fustrated and upset.

I agree completely. I didn't try the Kylie game, but with Kim's game, I just refuse to put more than $10 into it per week. If I don't get the item(s) I want, so be it. I just don't let it bother me.
I've been doing well without pulling out hair, by doing the same thing Megannita. I decide how much I'll spend on the game, be it boxes or whatever, and then stick to it. If I get the items I want before I spend it all, then I just don't spend as much that week. But you should never let a game get you down. That's not what games are all about. Feel good, not bad.

This isn't really a complaint, but rather a warning related to the recent hack of our information on Glu. I have to admit that despite Glu's advice, I didn't change any of my accounts on other sites that use the same email/user name/password combos. But a couple of days ago, I got an email from Amazon (where I do actually use the same email and password that was hacked from Glu) that they found my info on a website that lists people's emails and passwords. Amazon stated that they weren't hacked, but that they periodically monitor these sites as part of their security precautions. I don't know for sure that this was a result of the Glu hack, but it seems reasonable, based on the timing.
Anyway, it concerned me enough that I began the process of changing all my accounts that use identical passwords. And I'm doing it with something I've been meaning to try for a while - using one of those apps that randomly generates passwords and stores them all in one place. It's a bit time-consuming, but easier than I thought it would be, and certainly easier than dealing with my banking account, for example, getting hacked.
I just wanted to encourage everyone to heed Glu's advice, because there is a pretty good chance that our hacked info is listed out there for anyone with bad intentions to try to use.

And to the new member who is disgusted with the games, you say you removed them, great. So what are you still doing here, insulting people who continue to get enjoyment out of the game? This whole story of shamrocks and Irish Luck, made me question my bad luck in this game and I can't help but to feel frustrated.
Starting with the gift boxes that after some frustrating experiences I decided to never chase any item again since I'm a real magnet of K$ and energy bolts.
Honestly I admire the resilience of the people here in the forum that even after super frustrating results on a weekend, on the other are already chasing again!
I'm not like that, I still deeply regret having opened boxes from almost a year ago:(
So if I want an item I have to count on luck to get it through the free boxes, but the results aren't encouraging ...
I checked the screenshots of old events and realized that I only have eleven pieces of events boxes! And from these eleven only two items I really coveted back in time!
Sometimes I won K-stars or Kim's picks, but nothing compares to the number of K$ and energy bolts!
The same goes to the daily boxes.
My bad luck also extends to the use of VIPs, countless are the energy bolts that I spent at hang outs with the Kardashian sisters and after waiting hours and hours to their action buttons recharge and then repeating this cycle endlessly I only received the prize once!
And to complete there's the casino where I invested a 'small' fortune that also wasn't compensated!

This is the third part of the weekend event quest chain. I'm getting pretty tired of quests that cost us anything. It's tough enough hoping you made the right pick (and being "punished" or penalized for the wrong choice) but the chance it could cost us anything and then a penalty?

Aaargh. So, I just finished a 3 hour Calabasas party, and a window pops up that says my request for assistance has been received, and when I touched that window...it started another 3 hour party. So, now I scrounge around for energy for another party, when I just finished one.
Weird thing, I didn't request assistance....for KK:H. I do have on that device a glitched KK game, so I'm wondering if that announcement was for the KK Game. So, finish that party, go into KK, and I see nothing about my glitch. Maybe they're in there now fixing it, but I hate the accidental extra party when I have no more energy.

I started the 3rd event gig before going to sleep, completed 3 stars, woke up JUST IN TIME TO FINISH THE GIG WITH 5 STARS, I received my reward, traveled a bit to make sure I did not miss a phone call with an ending message, closed my game, opened my game 3 hours later when I got that 'your energy is full' notification, and SURPRISE!
The game tells me I ended my gig with 3 stars, as if I did nothing earlier!!I tried closing my game and opening it again, because IT HAD TO BE A FREAKIN NIGHTMARE, but nothing!!
My weekend event is ruined. I flaked the 1st gig, Glu flaked the 3rd one, I still have zero event item and 480 points left to earn which makes for approximately 30 parties to throw. I'm not doing it.
After i botched the first gig I still wanted to go for the pants, but every bit of strength and patience have left my body.

To me it's not a problem really — sometimes I choose to pay, sometimes not. We had a quest where there was an option to choose storyline for Tale of Crowns. We could either end up with Chad's character, Crystall's character or with Cassio's. The latter option costed 10 KStars and while I agree that this is a little too much, I chose to pay and didn't regret it. It's just a game after all.
But I agree, there are some quests that I just don't want to do, with Nene for example. I wish I could just say "No" to her for once *rolls eyes* I just don't like her. Don't like doing quests with her, but with some storylines I have to.

I'm loving the fact that these holiday themed events are for 3 days, but lately it just seems so overloaded to me especially when Glu increased the event points intentionally. At the end of the day, it's only just a game and I'm not gonna stress myself over it.

I've been busy this week preparing for a convention in Boston this weekend for work.
Through all this planning, I found myself panicking about finding 5 minutes a day while I'm gone to give the merman his d@mn wine so he won't divorce me!!!!
Glu, I wish we had a "I'm on vacation" option. Our spouses are way too needy.

ok, I heard people say they park their dolls in their favorite date spaces at night. ( I do the tap out all my energy at a 12 hour shift at Soho Kardash, go next door and shut down in Oak.) If you have been unable to log in for a few days longer, when you do open your game, just start a date. 8 hour or whatever pops up. That should leave your dating timer ok, to continue your date with no repercussions. I wouldn't cancel whatever hour date that popped up. Once you leave the building, you could be hit with the "I think we should break up" It's always a good idea to park that way. Fingers crossed and hopes this helps.
Oh, forgive me for offering advice if you just want to vent. But incase you wanted a tip to potentially ward off your fears, thought you might be interested.

I hate when it's a non dating event and our SO still wants to date over the weekend. I find the neediness to be extremely annoying. My doll's hub drains away all of his wife energy to the extreme. I feel like the relationship on this game has always been a miscommunication between couples and our SO doesn't understand that non dating events are only for grinding. All of that wasted energy should go towards grinding for clothing, not my doll dating Jack who's literally being selfish lol

I believe the obnoxious daily dates are intended to be a stumbling block to, or get in the way of, our progress. And just in case you get annoyed, your SO's gonna whine and wheedle--including the "[boo hoo hoo] I wish things were the way they used to be." Really? Like yesterday, you mean? Maybe even only an hour ago?? So the NPCs' demands and threats exist to try to trip us up. On purpose. There's only a few things you can do about it, ya know?

I think the weekend events where we have to date are guilty of the needy behavior. For real, we pass 3 days going on dates like a weekend away or something and after that they become just too much. I think someone needs to think the datting weekend events a little better. A weekend with the boyfirend/girlfriend should be nice, we just need to think how to get the points for the earnables while not making psichos out of our SOs.

I hate when it's a non dating event and our SO still wants to date over the weekend. I find the neediness to be extremely annoying. My doll's hub drains away all of his wife energy to the extreme. I feel like the relationship on this game has always been a miscommunication between couples and our SO doesn't understand that non dating events are only for grinding. All of that wasted energy should go towards grinding for clothing, not my doll dating Jack who's literally being selfish lol
