I have a question, will you guys continue to open 40KStar/box during weekend events?
I have spent 4 digits in KStars chasing gift box items all the time, but now that I know they can be earned with hard work instead, I have regrets spending so much money in the past.
The only thing is we don't know if they will end up in these throwback boxes. Like none of us has seen Brad Pitt's hair or SG facial features.
I will absolutely still chase items I love and want badly. These throwback events are amazing and I am salivating at the thought of winning some of the items I've coveted for months and months, but only having 4 opportunities a week to open a throwback box, taking into consideration alllll the events and items we've had over the past year and a half, means the chances of scoring something you desperately and specifically wanted are still pretty slim. I'd much rather chase an item and attempt to win it immediately vs rely on luck (and time!!) to eventually be on my side. But I'm impatient like that, haha. Of course, what's great about these throwback events is that it means even if you did chase and chase an item only to come up short (it's happened to me soooo many times...) at least you know not all hope is lost, you CAN still get lucky and one day hopefully open a box with it inside.
My first palette: I'm a bit disappointed (only not really, because it's free, so it's hard to ever feel TOO disappointed). But I really really REALLY want that Karl skirt (that IS one of the items I chased and chased to no avail...) and the last thing my wardrobe needs is another black and gold bag, lol.
My second palette: Now this is more like it! I have ALWAYS wanted this silver cuff, I used to have almost zero silver accessories in my wardrobe and it drove me crazy, I would feel very envious whenever I'd see one of your dolls with this beautiful piece of jewellery! Now I have it too. Very happy.
I am soooooo happy we have another chance at throw back!!! Heck I'm still over the moon that I worked my way into getting the weekend event Khloe's red dress. I won't take this dress off for at least a week!!!

Yay! I'm so happy that those who want these eyes have hope!!! Personally I'm so happy to see that hair, I haven't seen hair in any of my palettes so far but here's hoping it pops up soon for me
I wanted to wait for another Throwback Event to confirm but now I think I can. Having scanned both IG and this forum, I am *fairly* confident (thought please correct me if I'm wrong) that I have seen at least one item from every past event (save for really recent events) EXCEPT ONE: the Baby Bash Event Party Event from June 5, 2015, which is unfortunately the event containing my #1 wishlist item for Throwback, the white winged shoes.
Reaching out to the forum 1) to confirm whether this event (and this event only) has been overlooked and 2) to inquire how best to inform Glu, assuming this was just a mistake and not done on purpose.
Looking forward to your replies! I feel like a conspiracy theorist, haha.

Yeah I noticed they disappear from the selection list, and I received tons of break up calls alr. Lucky I used old MIA contacts.
I think I'm better off doing SCL gigs for now since Mia will disappear in 1.5 days.
