6/13/16 ~ Another Week, Another Midweek Event? I know there's a Birthday Tuesday!

I think I want to write a song about how wonderful Monday Mornings are to me. First off, Puterhead and Baba go about their weekday routines, so I'm left with peace and quiet, 3 devices and no inclination to clean my house.
But it also means one day till we might be ensconced in another MidWeek Adventure.

You know I'm hoping for a Throwback....but chances are IF there is an event..it could be the Voting event out with another shot at greatness. It could be something new.....or it could just be tomorrow's Birthday celebration of our very own Linda! She's working with me on the Event Item (and timeline for the game) Encyclopedia.

So, let's make tomorrow special....

Im beginning to get used to this! I always hold my breath because I feel that the previous week is always the last one...so I wouldn't mind if we get one this week! As usual I'm caught up on storylines, just working on raising progress with VIP hangouts/projects and the casino one.

I have a few things to clear from my game...maybe 2 gigs per device, so yeah, it's a good idea to be current. And I found 4 hour gigs from Simon this morning. Choices were 3 hour, 4 hour or 8. I guess that's the new thing, and it isn't JUST for Reality Show gigs.
I'm like you ofortuna, I hold my breath, and I'm always afraid we'll go back to Midweek nothing. lol. So maybe if we all wish real hard.....someone will spot the miniupdate.

Tell me more about the casino. I stay out simply because (aside from GiftBoxes) I do not gamble. I don't buy Lottery tickets, nothing. So, I just don't play in the casino. Educate me ofortuna, I want to know. lol.

Yay the new midweek event thread has started!!
Thank you for the early birthday wishes, Koko!! My husband and twins are 'secretly' organising breakfast in bed tomorrow morning (really early, as I have to leave the house at 07:00 AM) and are wrapping presents as we speak. So cute, they just turned 6 and can not keep secrets so they already told me what they bought and made for me! 'Just act surprised, mommy', one said, lol!
And woohoo my Instagram friends just confirmed: there is a Throwback Event tomorrow!!

Anyone know when the anniversary date is? OMG. I recall it being mentioned in a thread but I looked everywhere and can't find it!

And I can't wait for the mermaid event if it's true... Cause we have been asking for a shirtless option for a while, and if the event is mermaid themed clothes, you know what mermaid guys wear... *CROSSES FINGERS* xD

i did a quick search online and found it was launched June 27th... so I suppose either two weeks from now or that weekend preceding it (since the 27th falls on a monday) there will be something... what is this mermaid thing I've been seeing on some of these pages?! lol :P

I also had that problem with loading, and almost had a mini heart attack since I couldn't get in the game for 15min, but it's OK now, it resolved on its own

Koko, its just the achievement for playing the casino! Just with the gift boxes i never have great luck! but I am determined to finish it up one day soon!

I really, REALLY hope for a merman costume. Please GLU! Likely they'll carry it over to the weekend and then the anniversary next weekend and hopefully a dating event after that because these throwback boxes have really got my relationship constantly getting lower. I used to spend the week just dating but not anymore

I'm excited for a mermaid theme, but I hope it isn't just a repeat of the Halloween mermaid outfit in our closets. Maybe something inspired by mermaids but not another tail/seashell hair combo. Oh, and DEFINITELY something for guys!
