facebook platform wont open

Hi,i dont know why but the fb platform keeps crashing. can i fix it if i change the browser?

    Hi. Of course, first suggestion is clear your cookies, and then switch the browser. If that doesn't help then you'll probably have to contact Customer Care and ask for their help. Sorry this is happening.
