My game doesn't share my appearance

Hi I have a problem with my game. It doesnt share my appearance, I cleared the cache of facebook app and google games app but doesnt happens, I can see how my contacts change their clothes but they cant see me when I do it. Anybody knows how to fix this? thx

    You didn't post any game details in either problem post, so I looked at your old posts to see you're Android. This is a known issue, and Glu is working on it. My two Android games are married to each other, so I immediately saw after the May 1st Update, their appearance is frozen to others. Glu is working on it and hopes to have it resolved as soon as possible. When I locate the existing thread about this issue, I'll move thiese posts over. Nothing can be done until Glu finds a way to work around the problem caused by Google. THey updated their system, to Gamer Ids around the same time, and that is what caused the problem.
    If you are having trouble DO NOT UNINSTALL THE GAME!
