Constant crashing after Glu logo?

Okay, after doing absolutely EVERYTHING trying to fix this and it's still crashing, I had to come here and ask for professional help.

I updated my game just today (I was on a vacation for the past 2 weeks), and whenever I try to open the game, it immediately crashes after Glu. logo. And it's SO irritating, it ruined my day.
I was so excited about this update, and now? I can't even open my game? I re-installed it 3 times, I even CLEARED MY DATA, cache EVERYTHING. And it's still crashing the second Glu logo pops up.

Is there a way to fix this or should I just abandon the game until next update comes out?

    I don't know what platform you're playing on, some Androids have had this issue for a period of time, and it is being worked on but they do not have the fix yet.

    Can you post more info, like your

    Platform/OS Version/ Davice/ Level in Game/ Gender in Game/
    Brief descriptions.

    Hey, kokokokonut.

    I am playing on Android 5.1 (Lollipop), Samsung Galaxy S5. Level 26, Male.
    I don't know what more do you need. If you want a description of the problem:
    1) I open the game.
    2) I get a Glu. logo.
    3) App crashes and returns to the home screen.
    As simple as that. And it never goes past Glu. logo.

    Hi. It sounds like you're in the Android Issue. I'd move you post over there, but a) I didn't think the issue included Samsunf and b) you said you cleared the game data? Not just the cache? I would submit a ticket to customer Care. Explain how you uninstalled and reinstalled, and cleared data. Ask if there is anything they can do to help you out.

    Personally I would not have cleared data, my fingers are crossed for you. Let me check the FAQs and see if there is any other suggestions for you.

    Unfortunately, I did clear my data.
    I thought that maybe it was corrupted and caused game to crash. I did make a couple of purchases, but I was desperate to get my game to open and since nothing else worked - I risked it all, and cleared my data.

    Cleaned cache aswell. As for uninstall-reinstall, like with any other app, uninstalled it, went back to the play store and installed it again several times. I know it's not an internet problem since I have a very strong WIFI connection in my home. I have no idea what to do, I want to play the game SO badly, and I'm not really a fan of Facebook version so.. this is all I have.

    Ok, definitely submit a ticket to customer care, and send a copy of your receipt. Since you can't get in through the game, go to the FAQ link and use the Contact Us button on the right side near the header.

    Okay, I sent the ticket.

    I feel so bad because I'm going to miss this epic Weekend Event everyone's talking about..

    There is no way of telling. It depends on how many tickets are ahead of you. You should alse keep an eye on the Androids Crashing thread. for any updated info.

    Sorry you're going through this, and I really hope you didn't clear your game when you cleared data. Fingers crossed for you.

    You're not bothering. You submitted a ticket from the contact us button up in FAQs, the link I provided? It would have taken you to this form.

    Whatever email you supplied in this form, is the way they will contact you. You said you spent money in the game, so I suggested you attach copies of the receipts.

    If the crashing stops, and you can get in you can resubmit your ticket from inside the game, following these instructions.

    I hope this helps, and I wish I could give you a timeline, but it's just not possible. Hang in there and I hope it is resolved quickly for you and the other Androids.

    Yeah, that's exactly what I did.
    I filled out that form completely, I even gave them some details about the device I'm using, if it means anything to them.

    I guess I'll just have to wait for their reply now..
