Okay, after doing absolutely EVERYTHING trying to fix this and it's still crashing, I had to come here and ask for professional help.
I updated my game just today (I was on a vacation for the past 2 weeks), and whenever I try to open the game, it immediately crashes after Glu. logo. And it's SO irritating, it ruined my day.
I was so excited about this update, and now? I can't even open my game? I re-installed it 3 times, I even CLEARED MY DATA, cache EVERYTHING. And it's still crashing the second Glu logo pops up.
Is there a way to fix this or should I just abandon the game until next update comes out?
Me and God.. nah, we don't get along.

I am playing on Android 5.1 (Lollipop), Samsung Galaxy S5. Level 26, Male.
I don't know what more do you need. If you want a description of the problem:
1) I open the game.
2) I get a Glu. logo.
3) App crashes and returns to the home screen.
As simple as that. And it never goes past Glu. logo.
Personally I would not have cleared data, my fingers are crossed for you. Let me check the FAQs and see if there is any other suggestions for you.

I thought that maybe it was corrupted and caused game to crash. I did make a couple of purchases, but I was desperate to get my game to open and since nothing else worked - I risked it all, and cleared my data.
Cleaned cache aswell. As for uninstall-reinstall, like with any other app, uninstalled it, went back to the play store and installed it again several times. I know it's not an internet problem since I have a very strong WIFI connection in my home. I have no idea what to do, I want to play the game SO badly, and I'm not really a fan of Facebook version so.. this is all I have.

Will they reply through email or? I have no idea how this works.
Whatever email you supplied in this form, is the way they will contact you. You said you spent money in the game, so I suggested you attach copies of the receipts.
If the crashing stops, and you can get in you can resubmit your ticket from inside the game, following these instructions.
I hope this helps, and I wish I could give you a timeline, but it's just not possible. Hang in there and I hope it is resolved quickly for you and the other Androids.

I filled out that form completely, I even gave them some details about the device I'm using, if it means anything to them.
I guess I'll just have to wait for their reply now..
