Tranfer data?

I've tried everything but nothing is happening. As Google+ isn't supported anymore, no save data and facebook doesn't have a save game. So I tried helium but NOTHING is working. What to do?

    That's sadly not an option. The game isn't recognizing nor opening the files. I've also tried copying the android/data files from my old one to the new one but it's just not opening.

    I've searched the FAQ and the only solution it has is with Google+/Play Games and that one isn't working anymore. I have contacted support but haven't gotten a reply back yet :(
