I ended up buying the pin - 10 stars is fairly reasonable - and ended up getting the stars back because it coincided with completing level 7 of 'all about the swag' so score!
I don't have any costumes, masks or fangs - or kstars to spend.
I guess everybody is going to wear the new stuff from the closet, so that won't be so special then.

I think a lot of players are in the same boat. Go through your closet, and pick eveyday items that look good with the choker Then you build your outfit. After the first 20 times seeing the queen of hearts or Wednesday Adams will get old. If I see a great look with the choker.....that will get my vote. Make sure NOTHING is out of place, if you want, take a pic of your doll, and examine it blown up, down to the earrings, if you hair lets your ears show. Last year, my fave costume was one I made with an odd collection of items, and a boot glitch.

You just build around that choker all the amazing ways you can. People are going to get real tired real fast of seeing so many actual Halloween costumes and not vote for them after a while. Just make your doll as gorge as can be and submit your awesome looks over and over again. Good luck, Rumpel!

That was going to be my idea Koko. To create an original look while at the same time make it still have a Halloween feel to it without using a lot of the Halloween items. I had the same idea that many people will get tire of seeing the same costumes, so I wanted my doll to stand out. That makes it difficult with the choker. I don't have any dresses that has that particular shade of red and the shirts that I do have in that color don't go with the choker. So, I had to settle with all black. Here are two looks that I plan to go with in the event. They are not the best, but like I said I had little to work with.

YAY thanks for the spoiler I love it!! Without sounding to crazy lol what time does the event start? I have such a hard time completing the sys events for some reason, I'm thinking I may have to start setting alarms because I REALLY want those eyes!
