Yesterday, 1 game had one item...I didn't get it. the other two games...no event items in palette. This morning....3 for 3. After yesterday I stopped buying the 3rd box. I think it's warming up to start filling those palettes with items. (Ever the optimist.) I took screenshots, but what for? To show no items?

Strangest thing, I got a mini update and after opening my game I got a regular daily gift box... so strange, hope it was a happy glitch and not something that replaced my Holiday gift boxes...
I don't like these holiday boxes. The odds to get an item are not very merry. No item in my whole palette for the second day in a row. Excitement successfully killed.

Last year was way more awesome. I won everything except the tights (which I later won in tb).
I'm going to flip if she doesn't see anything on the 3rd day.
I feel like giftboxes, in general, are really stingy the past several months Some events there are no giftbox items in the pallets, or only 1. This is not really giving people any incentive to purchase extra boxes. Glu could really create some good-will and satisfaction among players if they would just be a little more generous with their giftboxes. Even if you have all 4 gb items in a pallet, you still have to choose them (definitely NOT my strong suit :rolleyes: lol) but at least you'd have a chance!!! Just my opinion.

I agree. It seems like somewhere between the Spring & Summer, the giftboxes got really stingy. I mean I'm not saying I should win all 4 items, but it'd be nice to see all 4 items in as many palettes as some of us open.
Also, I've opened 2 boxes and no holiday spirit yet.

Definitely there's something wrong going on, As I said in my previous post, last year the chances to get an item weren't that easy, but they were there everyday.
I remember that I missed couple of items at the end (got one of those in a throwback box these days), if things keep going this way, possibly I won't get none this year.

Seeing what we have until now I felt a bit relaxed, cause none of those really pleases my eyes. Last year we had a better 'harvest', but who knows which surprises we can have if we keep not getting sight of them each time we open our sets.
I just won the Christmas sweater! It was the only item in the palette. Yesterday there were no items. Since the gift boxes started, that was the first day with nothing, but I haven't chosen the right box til today. Also, there is never more than one item in the palette.
I put the sweater on, popped on my Santa hat, and now I'm hanging out in Vail with my reindeer.

Last year I remember that though was tough to get the items I always had 2 or 3 of them in my sets. I'm sad things are going this way this year.
